Troubleshooting

"Sign in to view account info"

The ACCOUNT widget can show "Sign in to view account info", which indicates you need to sign in before account data is shown.

"Insufficient margin… Available: $0.00"

The order ticket can show an "Insufficient margin" message with required vs available amounts, including an available value of $0.00 when not funded/signed in.

Can't find a symbol

Use the "Search markets…" control in the header (with the ⌘K hint shown) to locate and switch markets.

Settings options are disabled

Many settings options require wallet sign-in before they can be configured. Connect your wallet in the Account section of Settings first.
